Rookie - Using scales to play by ear - not working

Hi

The last lesson in the rookie bootcamp won't work for me at all. I have tried deleting and re-downloading, but still nothing. I get an empty lesson screen with no video or music. Any ideas?

Hi David,

We recently had issues with our video lessons. Thankfully, we were able to correct the problem! In order to see the corrections, you need to download the updated version of the app. Go to our website and login to your account. Go to the Download/Installs page and click the download link that matches your computer's operating system. After you install the software again, you should be able to play this video.

I've clicked help in the toolbar, then check for updates, and it says im using the latest version of playground. Are you saying I have to manually delete playground, then go download the app again, install, and download my lessons? That's a pretty big PITA if Im being honest...

Unfortunately, that is what you have to do. Trust me, I know it will work!
