Rookie Bootcamp - C Major Scale Lesson

After spending a decent amount of time with the rookie bootcamp it seems this newly added lesson demands perfect timing. I can see how this would be a good thing to work on but maybe it would be better for the intermediate? Perhaps it is just my pc that I'm having this issue on or is this how the C Major Scale lesson was inteded to be?

Hi, I played this yesterday night and had no issues timing wise... even some attempts where I thought my timing was not perfect got a 100% score. Strange.
