Hey everyone!
I've been playing Yousician for a little while and It looks like I may like this better :) Only on level 10 in Boot Camp just got my 3 hour Rookie Badge. I'm likin' it a lot and will probably be here a while.

Is there a hot key to just make the song restart? Or maybe a list of hotkeys somewhere?

Thanks!

Hit the first and last key on your piano to restart the song.

Once you get your score at the end of a song, there are buttons right under it, I believe it lists the middle C key to retry and the D key on your piano to go to the next section.

Not sure of other hotkeys.

Hi, if your (piano) keyboard is defined correctly in settings (e.g. 88 key) just hit the lowest and highest keys together.

On PC/Windows you hit the C key to restart the song (at whatever section within the song you are up to). Hitting the D key takes you to the next section within the song. You get this option when you get your score after playing the section - the options are written in the window that pops up with your score in it.

I don't know if this works on other platforms though if you are not on a PC.

Yes, it does. Middle C to restart, D to move to next section. However, this only applies when the score dialog comes up at the end of an attempt, it doesn't play the song if the dialog is not up (unfortunately). This can be annoying, because in some keys you want to place your hands in the right position before starting, but you have to take one hand away to hit the play button.
