I see a lot of problems and confusion regarding the play demo on the forum but have not read a reply that seems to indicate the problem is resolved. I am using a Mac. I toggle either hand icon or both, hit the play button but all I get is the accompaniment. Is this a setting on my Mac possibly?

Bebe79, I can't help you since I don't use a Mac. Unfortunately, as far as customer support goes, this forum is dead unless a fellow user can help you resolve the issue. However, if you send an email to playground support, they will get back to you very quickly, and help you resolve your problem. In my experience, they are very responsive to questions directed via email.

The volume of the demo is the same as the volume of the piano sounds. So if you have set the latter to zero (as I have since my piano sounds much better than the app) you will not hear the demo. This really should be a separate control but alas.
