Always getting max of 50% accuracy

Hi,
I have started the very first lessons, and I never get more than 50% accuracy. The indicator also shows dark red, which means I missed some notes, but I hardly miss the notes, just tempo issues, which should be pink.
Is this a bug?

Hi Marc,
No, this is not a bug with the software. What you've described definitely sounds like a keyboard connection issue, which should be easy to solve!!

Just disable the dual voice from keyboard settings.
