50% accuracy max

Hi, just installed the software and started lessons. First 3 or 4 times the accuracy was correct - up to 100%, but after some period of time it became 50% and not more even for the first lesson. My keyboard is M-Audio Keystation Pro 88. Thanks for help.

This issue typically occurs when the keyboard sends two signals for each note. Please try changing the MIDI output on the keyboard down to a single channel. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please email us to
