Anyone else find Rookie New World Symphony tricky?

Hi,
I can do the RH at full speed consistently score 92 - 100%. Left hand is easy on it's own. Yet, keeping it together with the hand changes on both hands is harder than I thought it should be! Anyone else find this a nice step up in difficulty? :) :o

I think I worked on that longer than any other exercise...hundreds of attempts before getting 100%. Never say die! It was proof to me that I really wanted to learn to play the piano in the fact that I didn't end up hating the piece.

Yes, surprisingly tough. It caught me that some of the rhythms are dotted and some straight and I don't know why but keeping right and left hands in sync was very hard.

Good stuff guys!! Slow, steady practice with both hands.

I'm also having a lot of trouble w/ this one. The fingering for "3rd position" is never explained in the lessons, and I haven't come up with a good way to hit that high F# w/out then fumbling the next couple measures . . . any tips?

For what it's worth, I did figure it out and can 100% the song now. After crossing the thumb under middle finger to the A, I shift the whole hand up to hit the D/E/F# sequence ending with the pinky and finish the song in that position - works well enough.
