Anyone else feel like the progression system needs work?

Just want to start by saying I love this app! I've got a day and 5 hours recorded and have been really enjoying it.

One thing that is bugging me however is the progression system. There is no gradual incline in my experience, it's just all over the place. For example, going immediately into first/second inversions on chords before even learning all of the chords in the first place? Or right now I'm working on broken chords and one of the first pieces is Sonata No. 11, quite a complex melody on top of the broken chords. So hard that I'm hovering around 10% completion. Why is Counting Stars after that? lol the right hand melody is basically 3 of the same note every bar. Just noticing a lot of examples like that, that are making progression past Intermediate to be pretty frustrating. If the progression system was more thought out I feel it would be a smoother experience.
