Wi Chen presentations inaudible

After overcoming the download issue with Lesson #75, I now have a new problem with the Hanon material.

For whatever reason everything is working well except there is no audio track from Wi Chen's voice in her presentations.

All other audio functionality is fine, i.e. metronome, count in, accompanianments and so forth but as I say there is no audio from Wi Chen.

I'm not sure what I can do to overcome it but if anyone has any similar experience, I will be grateful for any help.

Else, I am quite excited to get going with the Hanon material.
