Rookie Lesson 13 unable to play Intro video

Hey,
I am not able to get the video to play in the PS windows app for Rookie lesson 13. the other lessons from 13 play fine, just not the video.

The log appears to be throwing an error:

the MP4 file in lesson#2628 also will not play by itself while others do.

Any help would be appreciated.
