I am really struggling to get my keyboard working properly - when I press a single key it is recorded by PS, but if I press another key within a few seconds after that, it does not record it. It seems that until the sound of the first key has ended, it will not register another key being played.
Could you help me fix this please?

That's really unusual! Which keyboard, computer/operating system and interface and cables are you using? Something isn't playing well with the rest.
The better technical resource is to email the support folks at support@playgroundsessions.com. The emails are the entry into their ticketing system as well as the official way to enlist their support.
