How to hit chord notes at once

I just started learning chord and found it is hard to hit all three keys in a triad at the same time, especially for the left hand. The right hand is okay. Any tips or suggested practice?

I still struggle with this. I try to move my whole hand, not just the fingers, to play the keys. Put the fingers in position and "lock" them. Then move your whole arm down to play them. That is probably how you're doing your right hand.
