Lesson 37 - Rookie Bootcamp - 1st note always wrong

Hey all!
I'm having a weird issue with lesson 37 of Rookie Bootcamp (all sections).
The first note is always marked wrong.
In the first example, I play G as marked. But two red dots marking E and A and a flat symbol show up in red. I was definitely only hitting G. I tried playing nothing at all, and the same error was marked.
Same with all sections - first note is marked wrong with some other note showing up in red. Is it something I'm missing or a bug?
All other lessons so far work fine, and the same notes work perfectly well on every other part of the same lesson. Just the first note shows up wrong. It's annoying because I need to get 100% before moving on
