Hi there
I have two lessons with the (queued) sign that wont download in the (Intermediate Tour)
(1) Pedalling (lesson 28)
(2) Hearing chords (lesson 29)

I have downloaded other lessons since they have been queued and they seem to be fine, but those two still stay (Queued) and dont download or show as lessons available.

Hi Dave,

Could you send us your logs? You can do this by opening Playground, then going to Help -> Open Playground Data Folder. There you will see a log.txt file and a log directory. If you could zip those up and email them to me at sean@playgroundsessions.com, I can try and figure out a solution for your issue.

I have the same problem.
Lesson 25 and 28 rookie tour.
Could you please help me?

I am havibg the same problem but with different lessoons and have sent the logs. What have you been able ti find?

You are best to leave it till ( Sean ) gets in touch with some information,
I think the problem I had was only to do with my system ( Mac ).

I'm having trouble with lesson 21. It got to about 97% and won't finish downloading. I have the latest El Capitain OS.

What should I do?

It's ok, I sorted lesson 21. Just went to edit>manage my lessons>cancel install. And then i just clicked on install lesson and it downloaded fine!
