That's the best work around for now.

I'll work on a permanent fix for the next version of PG

Hi,

just wanted to add that it also happens using Windows: I have Win10 64bit and I'm experiencing the same kind of problem with 3 lessons in the intermediate bootcamp

32 - Intervals in Triad inversions
35 - Chord Voicings and Figurations
36 - Transposition

Playground Sessions: v2.4 build 395

The error in the log _always_ has the code 1000:

excerpt:
2/12/2017 16:41:15.380 [ERROR] (DownloadWorker) Uncaught Error: Error: Error #1000
Error: Error: Error #1000
at com.playground.workers::DownloadWorker/handleUnaughtErrors()

Through "Manage My Lessons", after retrying many times, I've been able to download lessons 35 and 36; still no luck with lesson 32: the download always "freezes" at 50.13% or at 99.99%

I will try with the beta.

Thanks to all the team for this wonderful piano course, #1!
David you are a fantastic teacher: it's easy to see the passion and the talent you have to explain all the concepts.

Ciao from Italy ;)
Enrico

I had a lesson stuck in Queue. I clicked on Edit and then Manage My Lessons. It shows a list of all lessons you've downloaded or are currently downloading. It allows you to cancel downloads in progress and re-install. Hope this helps.

Canceling the downloads in progress and re-installing them works. Thanks for the workaround.

Yes, I can confirm that Edit - Manage my lessons always works well as a fix in this situation.

Dropping the downloads in advancement and re-introducing them works. A debt of gratitude is in order for the workaround.

All my songs, bootcamp lessons and courses are stuck in "queued" downloads. Tried Uninstall lessons in Manage my Lessons but that did not resolve the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled PGS several times and that didnt help either. Last week everthing worked fine. Anyone have this issue?

Update: just fixed the queing problem. I selected: EDIT, uSER SETTINGS, sYSTEM DOWLOADS, DOWNLOADING SOURCE, CHANGED IT TO AMAZON CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK. Now all songs, lessons, and courses are downloaded full speed.

Not sure how the setting changed or what the different settings are for. Maybe technical support will apprise.
