I am not getting any feedback on this lesson. When I finish a segment, I don't get the "setting information to the internet".

I have rebooted a couple of times to no avail.

Could you send us your logs? You can do this by opening Playground, then going to Help -> Open Playground Data Folder. There you will see a log.txt file and a log directory. If you could zip those up and email them to me at sean@playgroundsessions.com, I can try and figure out a solution for your issue.

After further research, I am having the same issue of no Instant Feedback on both of the Green Day lessons 9 and 19. Furthermore, they both show inaccurate completion status in the bootcamp summary screen (Rookie Tour). I tried to zip the files per instructions above and email to Sean at the address above, but the email was returned to me undeliverable.

I am not getting any feedback from Rookie Tour Lesson 9, either. I have tried 4 times and there is no score posted. It is as if I have not passed with 100% accuracy. That screen does not even show up.

I'm having the same problem with this exact same song...sending my logs as suggested in a previous post. Hope it helps to solve the issue...

try uninstalling the lesson in the EDIT>MANAGE MY LESSON drop down. i was having the same issue

Can you reinstall it then? I am not at that computer right now.
