I have a pretty good midi keyboard controller (Novation Impulse 49) which I use for other things but was just wondering will 49 keys be enough the more I progress with Playground...or would I be wise to invest in at least 61 keys?

I think 61 keys is the better choice. I've seen notes on the forum of 49 not being enough for some of the songs. Likely the issue is the music extending outside the four octave range of the 49 keys available.

Many thanks, I managed to find a great deal on a mint 61 key impulse on ebay down the road from me so just need to sell the 49er now to cover the cost
