Sound reverberates

My Clavinova baby grand reverberates constantly while playing using the app. It sounds like the pedal is constantly down. Any ideas on how to fix or adjust any setting. Everything else working good.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Not yet, am working with a tech and we are looking at the pedal plugs.
