I have been using pgs for a while now but can't get accompaniments to play when using my surface. they work if I use my husbands ipad or the pc. I have tried changing the accompaniment file to all the possible formats but still doesn't play. is there a way to fix this?
the operating system is windows 10 64 bits

Since accompaniments are often a tricky troubleshooting issue, can you email support@playgroundsessions.com about this?
