Users Chatroom? and Playground Studio?

When (in the program) I click on the 'Help' menu bar I see a 'Users Chatroom' which offers the option to chat with the PG team.. This seemed like a great idea, but it just takes me to stride.com? So I created a user account expecting it to take me to a user group but ..erm nope 
Am I missing something? or just being a numpty?
Also
Under the 'View' tab I see something called 'Playground Studio' but its greyed out? I've searched the term on the forum but nothing mentions it.
So any idea what its for and why it might be greyed out folks?
