Hi,
I love this program, am recommending to everyone! Only thing is I have like 5 different piano VSTs, all of which are far more pleasing than the integrated one. Can you make it possible to load our own VST to replace the default piano?
Alternatively, maybe someone knows an easy way to route midi to two different apps on windows that would also solve the problem.

Re: Custom Virtual Instruments (VST)
I was able to answer my own question. Solution for PC is:
Buy Bidule and use as standalone app:
https://www.plogue.com/products/bidule.html
Then use the free loopMIDI:
http://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html
Setup 2 virtual midi ports in loopMIDI:
1. loopMIDI - Playground Sessions
2. loopMIDI - Stand alone VST
Then route everything with Bidule:
MIDI Devices > Input > [your keyboard here]
...
connect the above node to both nodes below
...
MIDI Devices > Output > loopMIDI - Playground Sessions
MIDI Devices > Output > loopMIDI - Stand alone VST
Now your keyboard midi is sent to both programs on Windows. Hope this helps someone else, I'm now enjoying Playground Sessions with Pianoteq!

What about MacBook?
Re: Custom Virtual Instruments (VST)
No need, this is one of the (increasingly rare...) things that 'just works' on a Mac.

Bidule is cross platform so you could continue to use that for routing if desired. But instead of loopMIDI (windows only) you can check out this guide for setting up virtual midi ports on a mac (a native feature of OSX):

From what I've heard, the Mac can do this without additional software. Load up the VST, tell it what MIDI to listen to, then Load up PGS and do the same. They both will play accordingly. I haven't tried that though. I have a really old Mac and haven't really tried VST on it.
