Splash screen volume

Recently a new splash window with short piano music was introduced. On my system the volume of this introducing piece is extremely high and at present there is no way to change it independently of some other sources of sound. I think it would be useful if you could add this option to Settings/Volume section or (/and) add a new setting section under Settings/System: Splash Screen where its volume could be set or perhaps combined with additional option turn on/off.
