Control speed in the IPAD version

Some lesson from the bootcamp advise to control the speed but I don't see how to control that in the IPAD version of the software. Some one can help me?

The iPad is in beta. You can only access the normal speed and our suggested slow tempo. Full tempo control is only available in the desktop version. This will eventually be implemented in the iPad, although I cannot say when.

This is an annoying issue. I have a few songs that have a fast tempo and unable to slow them down to learn is quite frustrating.
