Problem on mini-ipad

I have been happily playing PGS with my mini-ipad and a Roland piano for over a year. Today I got a message saying that Ipad doesnt support PGS. I cicked ok because it wouldnt let me continue without clicking. Now my Bootcamp files seem to have been deleted and the programme is recording as all my playing as incorrect, giving me a 0% score for everything. Please can someone advise how I deal with this.
