keyboard out of sync

keyboard out of sync, delayed, not usuable. how can this be fixed?

There is a setting for Latency in the app that can help. You would adjust the numbers either up or down, depending on why your system is out of sync. If the number is too small, the computer has trouble keeping up with generating the audio, if it is too big, it causes everything to be behind. You need to find the sweet spot for your setup. Mine works with the default, so I got lucky. But you might try larger values for Latency (on computers it's in the advanced settings of the User Settings in Devices -- Output. On tablets It is in Settings -- Playback (at least on Android).
