Can't login

Hi,
I am trying to login to PS for the first time, but I'm getting a "Computer Limit Reached" message. What do I do?

I had the same issue. Eventually I found this link https://support.playgroundsessions.com/ ... ched-Help- . I suppose I could also C&P that text below...
I'm posting this here because this was the first place I came to look and thought it might save someone some time. You'd think someone from PS would've beat me to the punch. Or I don't know... maybe provide a link with the needed info on that initial login error screen. :roll:

I can't log in.
It keeps saying computer limit reached. Help!

As a Playground Sessions user, you're allowed to access Playground on up to 2 devices at any time. When attempting to log into a 3rd device, you'll receive the "device limit" error message. To remove one of your 2 devices, allowing you to then access your account using your current device:

Visit your account's installation page here: https://www.playgroundsessions.com/my-a ... tallations
Click on the "De-Activate" link next to the device that you'd like removed from your account
Once the device has been removed, you're then free to log in to Playground Sessions without receiving the "device limit" error message.
