hi all

i have been using playground sessions for a while now and find that the accompaniments don't work.

sound setting for accompaniments is on max and i have tried all the audio options windows windows direct and
still won't work

am using a microsoft surface 2 with windows 10.

anybody know how to fix this?

Let's see if setting a different format for the accompaniment fixes the issue.

Can you go up to Edit (top left) and then User Settings. Click on Show Advanced Settings, under the list on the bottom left of the window. Click on Accompaniments under Playback and choose FLAC from the dropdown next to the Format.

How are you listening to the sounds?

I have my keyboard playing the piano bits and the computer playing the accompaniment. My keyboard doesn't have an input for audio, and the accompaniment is a sound file that is keyed to play in sync with your playing - on your computer speakers.
