Hello, Italian in Miami! (:

Post by xeeth » Mon Apr 09, 2018 8:10 am

Hello people! Luca here, Italian living in Miami.. I am in my thirdies and just started studying music and bought a keyboard, I would like to approach this instrument and see little by little what I want and can do.
How do you feel with playground sessions? How long is the average learning curve to start "playing"?

Question, very important: I just bought a keyboard CASIO LK 265, is it possible to connect it to the software? I don't see any usb here!

Thank you very much,
Cordially (:

Hi Luca, unfortunately it looks like your Casio has neither a "USB to host" connection nor a standard MIDI connection. This means you cannot feed the notes you play into Playground.

Hi Laurens.. uff, that was my fear when I didn't see any USB out.
I will try to return it, let's hope I can do that!

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi there,

Unfortunately, Laurensss is right, without a MIDI or USB to Host port, you won't be able to use this keyboard with Playground.

I invite you to check out our Keyboard bundles page: https://www.playgroundsessions.com/stor ... rd-bundles. We have a number of affordable keyboards available in a great bundle deal that will for sure work.

Best,
Andrew Wegierski
