First greeting.
Hi folks:
I’m new to the blog.
I’m a 57-yr old medically retired (chronic severe migraine) polymath—I have many areas of expertise.
I worked professionally in IT for 30 years, and I’ve served both on-staff and as volunteer music minister since 1979. Our congregation moved to contemporary worship about 20 years ago, and since then, I’ve played every instrument on stage. I even bought a harmonica once on Thursday and played that Sunday. (We covered Blind Boys of Alabama’s ‘Amazing Grace’ using ‘House of the Rising Sun.”
I’ve a BA Humanities—Music, Religion, Foreign Language (had to have 3 and I took a semester of German)
I’m very eclectic, musically and I enjoy it ALL.
Picking back up the piano as part of what MAYO CLINIC calls diversion therapy.
