Hi from Melbourne, Australia

Hi there,

So, here we are!

I'm 35 years old and well, I am never going to be able to go back in time to tell my younger self to keep playing the piano. I'm going to be 40 in 5 years, so why not spend the next 5 years practising as I used to when I was 8, then by the time I'm 40 there is a fair chance I could be ok at playing this instrument.

I have some questions,

How often do you suggest one should practice?
Is there a recommended pace, to work through the exercises? I'm traditionally impatient, don't think it will do me any good here though,
Should I get through all the RH exercises before moving onto the next boot camp session?

I'm currently up to boot camp 9, I just found the little button on the toolbar that turns the notes and numbers off!. Now it's getting real! Can't cheat my way through anymore. No more avoiding learning to read music. Got away with it for so long on guitar, but its time to knuckle down.

I hope you are enjoying yourselves and look forward to sharing this journey with you.
We should start a facebook group so we can share our wins.

Anyway, see you on the other side.

Cheers,
Simmo.
