Hello from Kansas!

Hello everyone, I'm Kendall. I am a special education teacher in Kansas. Since my separation from my wife I am taking the time to do things I've always wanted to do, which brings me here. I'm learning to read music and play piano and so far I'm really enjoying it. My setup isn't fancy. I have a Williams Allegro III with a basic Proline X-shaped stand and stool (and have headphones so as to not upset my apartment neighbors). I want to get good enough to eventually write and play my own music, mainly just for my enjoyment. No dreams of being a star or anything, I just want to be good for myself.
