Hello from sunny Surrey, UK!

Post by badcat99 » Wed Apr 15, 2020 7:14 am

Taking advantage of lockdown to finally get back to my digital piano. Bought it in 2011, then started working in London and really haven't layed hands on it since! I was really hoping there would be a lesson on Motley Crue's Home Sweet Home and there isn't...and the song request forum seems to be locked, what's that all about? Anyway - hi!

Hi from another UKer.

You can still make requests using a form that should be linked in the request forum.

BTW, I thought having my keyboard for 16 months before playing it was a long time!

Used to holiday in Saundersfoot at a child in the 60's and I know Llanelli a little. Was up Snowdon a few years back but that'll be your opposition so less said..... :D

Well I signed up for a year and am happy with that. Printing the 5 free songs off per month will give me a solid few years base material. I also purchase backing tracks elsewhere where you can manipulate each part of the band and instrument to your liking.

How is the Clav connected? Sounds like latency to me.

Good afternoon!

While I do print out the songs, are you guys planning on adding backing tracks/accompaniments to this site.

Welcome,
UK is an awesome place to be, even tho I've only visited London and Woking :P
Id like to visit some more places next time I go.

I've googled songs to get notes for them, but quite fast realized that I need to get further along the bootcamp to understand the notes hehe

Hi, love London. Recently became a big fan of the show "Detectorists". Makes me want to move to a little town in Suffolk.

Also from UK. :D
I am a complete beginner though so I hope I will like it as I have purchase a year membership but I like what I saw on the videos. It just felt like proper online lessons unlike other apps I have seen out there

Greetings from the Surrey/Sussex border! I have a grand total of two and a half hours logged on this app but I can tell I'm going to be using it for a long time. 8-)
