My daughter has successfully managed to get through the first six lessons of the rookie tour but lessons 7-9 are not showing as completed (7: completed 8/9, 8: completed 6/8, 9: completed 2/3) despite her having completed those perfectly. Is this a known bug?

I’ve tried restarting the app and restarting the iPad But I’m getting the same result. Do I need to delete the lesson and redownload??

You probably figured this out already but all your progress through the program is stored on servers up in the cloud.

I believe that the app does not store any lesson results unless your computer/tablet is connected to the Internet while the lesson is done. The workaround is to simply do the lessons again (while being online).

If that is not the problem you should send an email to customer service.
