How to download lesson

I'm not able to find an option to download the lessons on to my Mac. Any help?

Can somebody help me with detailed and clear instruction on how to download lessons.

It should be automatic.
You click on the lesson. It pops up saying it is downloading. Then when it is done, it tells you to click again to enter the lesson. At least that's how it works for me. You might email
support@playgroundsessions.com and ask them to help.
