I purchased a subscription today and downloaded the Playground application and unfortunately it seems to be crashing on startup. I've tried various methods, running as administrator or different compatibility versions and have had no luck.

I've just started using this and first encountered a crash on startup (also on Windows 10). I have a Yamaha keyboard and had not yet installed the driver from the Yamaha website. Once I installed the driver for my keyboard and restarted my computer it began working. No idea if you are experiencing the same issue.
