Hello All,

I've got a problem with starting the application. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 3 installed and my PC meets all minimum system requirements. I've downloaded the program from the Official website and installed it. I haven't paid for a subscription yet. So, every time I try to run the application I get the following error message:
"Playground.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x033e9fc3" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program."

Could anyone help me with this issue?

Hi Waterkris,

We've seen this happen before when users have too many apps running and not enough free memory for Playground.exe.

Playground can't use swap memory, it needs real ram free to run, because of the high priority midi threads.
