I purchased a subscription today and downloaded the Playground application and unfortunately it seems to be crashing on startup. I've tried various methods, running as administrator or different compatibility versions and have had no luck.

If anyone could help me out that would be fantastic!

I've just started using this and first encountered a crash on startup (also on Windows 10). I have a Yamaha keyboard and had not yet installed the driver from the Yamaha website. Once I installed the driver for my keyboard and restarted my computer it began working. No idea if you are experiencing the same issue.

I am using a Yamaha Clavinova 409 and Playground has just started to close down every time I turn my keyboard on. Windows 10 closes Playground.
I have been using Windows 10 since it first came out with no problems.
I've contacted Playground, but simply they haven't helped, YET?
This is very annoying as I haven't been able to continue with my practice nd assessment !!

New driver installed from Yamaha and still the same problem. Sean Thayne and David Sides at Playground were supposed to come back to me, but as of yet, nothing !!! Can someone help as I have spent a lot of money on becoming a life member for it to last only a few months !

The same thing is happening for me as well both an a Win 7 Pro SP1 and a Win 10 Enterprise laptop. Really annoying because I liked what I saw and I signed up and all that.
Very disappointed to learn that someone who had purchased a lifetime membership having these issues did not get the proper customer support attention.
