Unable to install PGS.

Hi, I was using PGS just fine on my Lenovo YOGA. This morning Windows 10 did an automatic update and PGS stopped recognizing my Korg SV-1. The korg driver is working fine because it does recognizes the keyboard. I though that maybe a clean PGS install would fix it but now I get a message saying that "the installer has insudfficient privileges to access the directory: C\...etc." I'm new to windows, is there a setting that I need to change in order to allow the installer to run, or is it that PGS needs a new installer? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
