App does not start

I recently downloaded playground sessions on my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and the app starts up with the song and then brings me to a blank screen. i have tries restarting my computer and deleting and re-installing the app many times. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Can you let me know what version of Windows you are using with the surface?

Also, it might be a good idea to forward this issue to support@playgroundsessions.com, so that the support team as a whole could look into it. I have a fix in mind for you, but I need to know the operating system first.
