quiz question: which key did I hit wrong?

if A where are two lines?
if B where is line above?
if C where is line across?
if D why its not touching first line?

how should I know it? guessing? really?

Great questions. It doesn't look like the app always shows notes on ledger lines when they're played incorrectly.
