Program Crashing

Post by ithz » Tue Mar 05, 2019 1:12 am

Hey guys, I just downloaded the installer for the first time for Windows, I have a Yamaha p125 that works with every program I tried before.

I installed the program, openned it up and when it asked to plug the MIDI cable in, as soon as I plugged it the program crashed.
I tried openning up again, but it only works if the Midi thing is not plugged, funny enough it works normally on other websites/programs.

Tried everything i could think, rebooting, reinstalling, checking drivers.. nothing works

Anyone can help?

1. Please check our minimum system requirements to make sure your operating system is compatible: https://www.playgroundsessions.com/supp ... uirements

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Playground using the following method:

A) Disconnect all MIDI devices.
B) Find the "Playground" folder by clicking on the Windows home button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

C) Type %AppData% in the search box, exactly. Press enter on your keyboard.

D) You should now be in the Roaming folder. Scroll down until you find the Playground folder. Click it and delete it.

E) Uninstall Playground
.
F) Reinstall Playground from https://www.playgroundsessions.com/support/downloads.

Hi, has this been resolved ? as having the same issue, first install, when attaching yamaha keyboard - the app crashes. Followed provided steps and it doesn't help ... Strange as my clavinova works with every other software I've tried so far.
