Best setup for a Casio 770

My MBP is from 2010 so now have a good reason to upgrade. Not sure to get a desktop with a 24” curved screen or a Windows Surface. Pardon my ignorance but does PGS allow me to use the touchscreen in lieu of a mouse?

Unfortunately touch screen capabilities are not functional within PGS at the time.

Thanks Andrew. It’s cool cause I really wanted that curved monitor.
