Cannot hear accompaniments / backing tracks at all

Hi all,

Have to ask here as well is someone has any suggestion which way to go.

I cannot hear accompaniments / backing tracks at all. All other sounds (metronome, count-in, demo piano, my own playing, videos) work
but no backing tracks. I have tried all the possible sound options (windows audio, windows audio (exclusive), directsound, ASIO) with ASIO2ALL driver and all work perfectly, except the BACKING tracks :(

I have also tried all possible accompaniment formats (ogg, .flac and .wav) and I can find those files in my music directory. I can also play those accompaniments using external player like VLC or windows media player, so problem should not lie in missing codecs either.
Finally, I have un-installed and installed the Playground sessions for about 3 times and have tried Beta version as well.

Getting very desperate here.. please help, since I have no clue what to try anymore.

Laptop used:
Lenovo W500 with IntelCore 2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2,53Ghz (2CPU's)
4Gb RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, version 18362)

Yes I have a ticket about this which I wrote around Wednesday last week. I got some suggestions like installing ASIO driver and
trying this and that, but nothing has worked so far. If nothing helps guess I have to try to get another laptop or change program
ie. Youcisian works well but I would like to use Playground sessions :/
