downloading troubles

please help .
still can not download all these lessons , some lessons stay in Queue state with no response
i have already tried every thing from restarting my Comp to re download the program ... nothing

I'm also having troubles with downloading lessions. Everything is just added to the que, but nothing happens. I have an internet connection (which playground also detects in the setup) and appearently I can connect to playground sessions servers since when I try to access for example the "Intro, Keyboard Part 1" from my web browser it downloads perfectly.
I've tried disable both windows firewall and my antivirus.
Do I have to open up/forward any inbound ports in my router for playground sessions to work?

Hi Team,

I am a new member of Playground Sessions.
I am having trouble in dowloading some sessions.
It shows as Queued. But no progress after that.
I am having a very good braodband internet connectivity. So no issues from that part.

I have tried going to Edit-Manage lessons.
There this session shows as downloading 1%...
There is button to Cancel Download. But nothing happens if I click this button.
Since I am not able to download this session, I am kind of stuck.

Please help me resolving this issue.

Same issue here. The lessons intitiled "Chord Voicings and fing..." and "Syncopation" are suck in a queued state. I had the same issue with other lessons, but clicking around randomly and starting other undownloaded lessons seemed to help, but not with the last two.

In the Advanced tour I have the first downloaded, but not the last 3. When I click to download the other 3 evenything goes dark for a second, then back and nothing happens. Just continues to read "download".

Are you still experiencing this issue? We had an internal issue the other day which caused download issues. It's since been resolved so you should have no problems downloading content.

I'm having the same problem with one video lesson. Today, 9/27/15, I started downloading the lesson, but then accidently killed Playground Sessions. When I started it up again, the lesson was in the"Queued" state, and nothing I do gets it out of that. I can continue downloading further lessons, so it's not a disaster, but still...

Okay, thanks for bringing this up. We'll take another look at it to see why your issue wasn't fixed.

Hi guys,

If you want to get past the stuck in queued lessons, you can try out the new beta version (2.1). We have fixed the Edit -> Manage My Lessons -> Cancel Install functionality.
