Print Problems

Post by Russ1409 » Sun Jul 05, 2015 2:00 pm

I know there's been some discussion of printing problems elsewhere. I have the rookie version of Daydream Believer and the intermediate version of Daydream Believer. When I try to print I always get the finger numbers on the sheets, not matter the setting. I think this has been reported before.

When I try to print the intermediate version of Daydream Believer, I get the rookie version no matter the setting. I don't know if issues like that have been reported yet.

Once these issues are solved, I'll need instructions on how to reset my prints. I don't need six printouts of the rookie Daydream Believer

Hey Russ,

I'm guessing it's just a human error on our part for that lesson. I've forwarded this to our lesson team, should get you a response quickly, and we will definitely reset your print count. Thanks for reporting this!

Hey Russ,

Our lesson team verified the issue, and already got it fixed! I also reset your print count for your Daydream Believer lessons.

Thanks again for reporting this!

Thank you for the quick response! I did get Daydream Believer Intermediate level printed, but only with finger numbers. Trying any other option results in the fingerings printing.

A PDF created For Print will have CMYK colors, they will look different when viewed on screen.

Only use "for print" if you really need a CMYK PDF in most cases you probably don't.

At the moment our notation can only be printed displaying the fingering numbers. We are planning to allow users to print with the note names in the near future.

I dont think you need to add the printer because XP should detect it automatically.

Try printing something from 98 and if that works try printing something from XP.

If the printer is shared then it should appear in the list of printers when you want to print something.
