Playing errors getting stuck

When I play a lesson and get some notes wrong sometimes a few of these gets moved and stuck to the end of the line. So if I click "retry" and play all notes correct those red dots sit at the end of the line already before I start playing and I still get a few percent notes wrong in the feedback.
If I click "Ok" and hit the play button these are removed and all is, for the moment, fine again.

Also sometimes when I hit a note incorrectly the red note is showing in the line above and not in the actual measure currently being played. I E if the first line have measures 1-4 and the second line has measures 5-8, when I hit a note incorrectly during measure 5 the red note, sometimes, appear in measure 1.

That's strange. How often does this happen?
