Rookie Tour - rhythm part 1 - tempo, video tutorial download. I downloaded this, but when played, it stops after maybe a quarter of the way along. Can I reload this?
Also still cannot use the piano demo button.

Try deleting the video and then re-downloading it following these steps:
1. Open your app and go to Edit > Manage My Lessons
2. Find the "Rhythm, Part 1 - Tempo" lesson on the list of downloads, then click on it
3. At the top of this window, click on the "Uninstall Lesson" button
4. Restart your app and try downloading it again.
In regards to the Piano Demo button, try clicking on the hands next to the words "Piano Demo" then click the Play button. That should activate demo feature for you.
