Playground sessions won't add my MIDI device

So the only way i can play is I have to configure the MIDI device for the program.Except whenever I start configuration its the same problem over and over, which is when it asks me to play the lowest note I have, I play it and then it goes through and asks for me to play the highest note, but whenever I play the highest note or a note at least 2 keys from the lowest note i played, it just keeps telling me that I need to play 2 keys from the previous one.

I also tested my MIDI to usb cable and piano with midi-ox and midi ox has been reading the notes played on my keyboard so I have no idea whats wrong

double click on the cable in the device manager and see what it says, my guess is it says this device cannot start, code 10.
