Windows 10 - Videos Do Not Play

Not much else to say. Any tutorial that includes a video will not play. I'm using a brand new Surface 4/Windows 10 machine. Tried re-downloading both the app and the tutorials to no avail. Tried resizing the app window as suggested in another thread. No go. Screenshot attached in case that's helpful.

Works fine on Mac OSX.
