no video for boot camp lessons

I just started using Playground Sessions and downloading the bootcamp lessons. I was able to download the software and connect to my MIDI piano. However, when I try to play the videos, I can hear the audio but the video never plays. Also all of the buttons other than the play/pause button lock up on the interface once the videos start (so I can't go back to the Bootcamp tab or start a different video. I'm using a Dell Studio laptop with Windows Vista. Any idea why this might be happening and what I can do to correct it?

Sorry for the delay, I didn't see that someone had replied to this.

I'm running Playground Sessions 2.1.0, build 179.

My operating system is 32-bit Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2

The "Windows 10 - Videos Do Not Play" topic posted by manheim looks pretty much exactly like what I'm seeing. I'm happy to try any suggestions.
